Our Approach

Reaching out for mental health support can feel a little strange at first, which is why our approach is grounded in what feels familiar. Just like the age-old tradition of going next door for a cuppa, visiting Next Door Counselling is about feeling welcome, safe and at ease. We focus on three key areas to support you:

We provide accredited, evidence-based counselling and dementia support, using a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs.

Specialised Support

Collaborative Care

We provide referrals and liaise with your medical team, key support people and family to optimise your healthcare and support.

Client-Centred, Strength-Based Approach

We aim to ensure every person feels heard, supported and empowered.
